New Rider and Staff Line-Up for 2025 Season

Hess Cycling Team is thrilled to announce its new roster of riders and staff for the upcoming 2025 season. Competing at the Continental Level, the team is setting its sights on the Tour de France Femmes in 2026, with the ultimate goal of reaching the Women’s World Tour within the next three years.

Staff:

  • Michael Sayers – Team Manager (USA)
  • Kristen Arnold – Performance Manager (USA)

The staff and the team will be supported by the management of Hess Enterprises under the lead of Emily Edmonstone, Director of Hess Sports Group.

In addition, Hess Cycling Team is excited to announce that they will be attending several key races in the USA throughout the 2025 season. This will not only provide valuable racing experience for the team but also help to build a strong presence in the American cycling community.

The team’s mission is to be among the best, breaking new ground by continuously improving and reaching their peak. They emphasise transparency and openness, inviting fans to share in their journey, learn with them, and be inspired to push harder, faster, and stronger.
