Meet Crystal Alcorta, our Marketing and Communications Coordinator, a thoughtful communicator with a creative eye and a genuine passion for storytelling.
Originally from Mexico, Crystal moved to the United Kingdom in 2019 to continue her education and explore new opportunities. She studied International Hospitality Management at Oxford Brookes University, where she developed strong organisational and communication skills that now underpin her marketing work. Since then, she has built a path in hospitality, marketing and communications, combining her interest in visual media with a desire to connect people through clear and engaging messaging.
Crystal is proud to support the marketing efforts for both Waterford FC Women’s and Hess Cycling Team, helping to share the stories and achievements. She also assists with marketing and communications across Hess Enterprises, contributing to a diverse range of projects throughout the group. Crystal especially enjoys projects that allow space for creativity, whether that is through writing, photography, or video.
“Being able to be creative is what really motivates me,” says Crystal. “I enjoy the process of turning ideas into something visual or meaningful that people can connect with.”
Outside of work, Crystal enjoys hiking and exploring nature, often with her camera in hand. Her interest in videography and photography continues to influence how she sees and shares the world around her.
Crystal brings a calm, thoughtful presence to the team, along with a willingness to learn and a clear appreciation for the creative process.
