Hess Cycling Team is currently competing at Continental Level and is hoping to compete in in the Tour de France Femmes in 2026. The ultimate goal is to reach the Women’s World Tour Team, hopefully within the next three years. By building a collective of like minded groups and backed by Hess Enterprises, who wish to grow women’s sport and cycling, they are looking to win on the road and take the awareness and commercial viability of women’s cycling to new levels.
They are striving to take their positive, inclusive and accessible philosophies beyond the world of the peloton, to inspire young women (and maybe not so young women) to push their limits to achieve, to share the journey and all its facets, and most of all to prove what is possible with dedication, passion and a burning desire to always do a little better. As a team their aim is to be up with the best, looking to break new ground – whether that is simply being better than last time, reaching their absolute peak. But they want to do so in a totally transparent, open manner, having you share the journey, learn with them, and be inspired to go out and push harder, faster, stronger next time, and they hope that their transparency and sharing both inspires, informs and entertains.
They believe that cycling is about more than looking for success and glory. It’s about the journey, the camaraderie and the shared passion for our incredible sport. They invite you to join them on this journey and visit the Hess Cycling Team website for information, inspiration, team shop and merchandise.
In 2024, the team were able to build momentum on the road and gain a little more awareness off the road. They believe that everyone has a unique story and a story that ought to be shared. They therefore started producing a YouTube documentary featuring their riders. At the moment the series comprises of two episodes featuring two of their riders, Sara and Laura. The documentaries follow both on and off the road while they share their ups and downs and show us what it means to be a professional cyclist. We even get to follow Laura’s journey to the Paris 2024 Olympic Games. The team could not be prouder and they hope you enjoy watching it as much as they enjoyed making it.
